Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a part-time signage installer.
This role involves installing, maintaining, and removing real estate signs and other marketing materials in designated locations. If you enjoy working independently, have a strong sense of responsibility, and enjoy working outdoors, this position is a great fit for you.
Key Responsibilities
Sign Installation: Deliver and install real estate signs, riders, posts, and directional signs according to client requests.
Maintenance: Ensure signs and posts are clean, properly secured, and free of damage.
Removal: Safely remove signage upon request and return materials to storage.
Documentation: Accurately record completed jobs via the SignTraker app or other assigned platforms.
Customer Service: Maintain professional and courteous communication with clients when needed.
Safety: Adhere to company safety protocols and traffic laws while driving and working on-site.
Experience: Previous experience in signage installation, landscaping, or a similar outdoor job is a plus but not required.
Qualifications
Physical Fitness: Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs, work outdoors in various weather conditions, and perform physical tasks such as digging or securing posts.
License: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Availability: Flexible schedule, including some weekends or evenings if needed.
Key Competencies: Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Dependable and punctual with strong time-management skills.
Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
